Hardware monitoring with SSSP

Displays running a Samsung Smart Signage Platform (SSSP) solution can still be monitored centrally, even when they are spread across many sites or managed by a CMS other than MagicINFO.

Samsung Remote Management provides central hardware monitoring and control for Samsung signage devices. Once a device is connected to MagicINFO or another CMS, an internet connection is all that is required: from a desktop you can issue commands to the device, view what is currently playing on screen, and resolve many issues without a site visit or service call.

If you run a third-party CMS, Remote Management lets you keep your existing digital signage platform while still using Samsung's hardware-level monitoring and control. It works both with and without MagicINFO as the CMS.
