MagicINFO Mobile: Manage Signage from a Phone
MagicINFO Server has a mobile web console for smartphones and tablets. From a phone you can browse and upload content, approve content and new devices, check device status and change device settings, build playlists, and create content and message schedules. Groups, categories and tags can only be managed in the desktop web console.

- MagicINFO Mobile: Sign In from a Phone or Tablet — Open MagicINFO on a phone or tablet: start the browser, go to
http://server-address:port/MagicInfo/Mobileand sign in with your usual user ID. - MagicINFO Mobile: Browse and Manage Content — Browse, search and select content on your MagicINFO server from a phone or tablet, filter the list by type or group, and manage it by category.
- MagicINFO Mobile: Upload Content from a Phone — Upload photos and videos from a phone or tablet to MagicINFO Server, or remove content again, using the upload list in the mobile web console.
- MagicINFO Mobile: Approve or Reject Content — Approve or reject content waiting for review from a phone or tablet. Content approval has to be switched on in the server settings first.
- MagicINFO Mobile: View and Manage Devices — See all registered displays on one phone screen, search and filter them, select one or more and delete or act on them from the mobile console.
- MagicINFO Mobile: Approve New Devices — Approve displays waiting in the Unapproved list from a phone or tablet: select one or all, filter the list, and confirm the approval on the spot.
- MagicINFO Mobile: Edit Device Settings and Control — Check a display's details from a phone, change its time and settings, send control commands and open remote control, all from the mobile console.
- MagicINFO Mobile: Browse and Edit Playlists — Find, filter and manage playlists from a phone or tablet. Only general playlists and general schedules can be changed in the mobile console.
- MagicINFO Mobile: Create a Playlist — Create a playlist on a phone or tablet: choose the device type, pick content or existing playlists, set the order and upload it to the server.
- MagicINFO Mobile: Browse and Edit Schedules — Search content and message schedules from a phone or tablet and filter them by condition. Only general schedules can be edited from mobile.
- MagicINFO Mobile: Create a Content Schedule — Build a content schedule on a phone or tablet: choose content, a playlist or an input source, set the dates, times and repeat, then publish it.
- MagicINFO Mobile: Create a Message Schedule — Create a text message schedule from a phone: choose the device type, write the message, set its size, colour and shape, and pick when it shows.
- MagicINFO Mobile: Your Account and Licenses — Edit your own user details from a phone or tablet and check the licence information for each device in the MagicINFO mobile console.
