help.magicinfo.pro is an independent guide to Samsung MagicINFO Server 9. It is not a Samsung website, and it is not affiliated with or endorsed by Samsung Electronics.

What this site is​

The core manual (the Server web console, the S, W and I players, and Premium Author) is based on Samsung's public MagicINFO Server 9 documentation. We reorganized it for easier navigation and extended it with our own field notes and with the articles in the Knowledge Base, which come from real installations and support questions.

Who maintains it​

The site is maintained by the MiCloud team, who run hosted MagicINFO servers and support the screens connected to them every day.

How it is kept current​

We correct a page when a step turns out to be wrong or out of date: when MagicINFO behaves differently from what the page describes, or when a reader reports a problem. Every manual and Knowledge Base page shows the date it was last changed.
