Managing device information
View and modify the information details on the devices registered in MagicINFO Server. Click (Device) on the main menu bar.
- The settings in this window are the last values the server read from the display, not live ones. They refresh only when a live read is forced or the display reconnects, so an old value after a change usually means "not re-read yet", not "the change failed".
- When one display in a group of identical ones will not download, compare the application versions they report. A version ending in
FWVerUpdatedmarks a recent firmware update; we have seen such displays accept schedules yet download nothing until they were power-cycled. - An application version that does not name
com.samsung.ep.wsrm-servicemeans a limited built-in client, with empty firmware and series fields. See Screen online but "Disconnected".
