Device Health: Errors, Warnings and Fixes

View the device health for critical errors and warnings that may affect system operation. The errors and solutions can be viewed and changed. Take immediate action in the event of errors, warnings and alarms to avoid a system malfunction. Click icon(Device) > Device Health on the main menu bar. The items that can be viewed are as follows.

  • Device Name The name of the device with an error can be viewed.
  • MAC Address The MAC address of the device with an error appears.
  • In Progress View the number of errors of the running device.
  • Reported View the number of warnings reported.
  • Recently Reported View the recent data and time of the error occurred.

Viewing Errors​

View players where failures affecting system maintenance have occurred and details. Click Device Status > Error.

Viewing warning details​

The devices that had warnings due to a rule violation can be viewed. Click Device Status > Warning.

  • Hardware Warning: To view hardware warnings, click HW.
  • Software Warning To view software warnings, click SW. Select Software Warning and then click Delete to delete the selected warning(s).

Viewing resolved status​

View the resolved device status. Click Device Status > Resolved.
