Compatible devices
The key component of any MagicINFO deployment is the MagicINFO player. Samsung's professional Smart Signage displays ship with this player built in, so for most installations no additional hardware is required.
Built-in players
Depending on the display model and your plan, the built-in player is either the S-Player or the Lite player:
- The S-Player works with both MagicINFO Premium and MagicINFO Lite licenses or cloud subscriptions.
- The Lite player works only with a MagicINFO Lite license or cloud subscription.

Set Back Boxes (SBB)
If you need a MagicINFO player that is not built into the display, Samsung offers external player units called Set Back Boxes (SBB), which mount on the rear of the display.
I-Player software
Samsung also provides the I-Player client software, which runs on a Windows PC and acts as a MagicINFO player connected to your server. See the I-Player section of this manual.
MagicINFO cannot be used with Samsung's consumer display line — consumer models do not include a MagicINFO player.
