License Activation Error 1300

During license activation, MagicINFO Server contacts the Samsung license database to validate the license code. Error code 1300 means this validation check could not be completed — the server has no working Internet connection at the moment of activation.

Fix​

Give the server host Internet access (at least temporarily, for the duration of the activation) and run the activation again.

Offline installations​

If the server is deliberately operated without Internet access, use the disconnected activation method instead. This requires an offline key file generated from two values taken from your installation:

  • the license code
  • the H/W unique key shown by the server

Provide both values to your MagicINFO supplier or Samsung representative, who can generate the offline key file for you.
