Server Logs and Alarm Mail History
View logs and alarm mailing history of all events in MagicINFO Server.
Click 
(Setting) > Log Management on the main menu bar.
You can download logs and alarm mailing history as an Excel file to your computer. Click Export.
Viewing logs
To view all events occurred in MagicINFO Server, click Log.
- To view only the logs for specific menus such as content, click Filter and then select a desired item. Use the search box to retrieve specific logs.
- To view the logs in a specific period, select the period in Period. To view after directly inputting the date, select Customize and then select the desired date. Click View to view logs within a specified period.
- Use the user ID or content name retrieve specific log information.
Each log entry shows:

| Menu | The menu where the event happened. |
| Event Type | The type of event. |
| Content Name | The content involved. |
| Details | What caused the event. |
| Event Occurrence Time | Date and time of the event. |
| IP | IP address the event came from. |
| User ID | The user who triggered the event. |
Viewing alarm mail history
To view the alarm email records and its information for all events occurred in MagicINFO Server, click Alarm Mail History. Use the search box to retrieve specific alarm mail history.
The history lists the Organization, the mail Title, the SMTP Access details used and the Time each alarm mail was sent.
Viewing alarm mail information
- To view the alarm mail information, click the alarm mail title in the list. The alarm mail information window appears.
- You can also download the viewed alarm mails to your computer. Click Download in the alarm mail information window.
