Download, Export and View Options for Content

The options available in the Content menu are described.

Downloading content in my computer​

Download content files to your computer. Select a file from the content list and then click Download. The content can be downloaded in the zipped format (ZIP). The content can be downloaded after selecting multiple items.

Exporting a list of content files​

Export a list of content files as an Excel or PDF file. In the content list, click Export and then click Excel or PDF.

Content view menu​

Change the content view mode or search for a content file.

  • Select all desired device types, file types, user IDs, approval status, content use status, media tags, and file sizes. Only the selected items appear in the list.
  • The content can be displayed in the list format.
  • The content can be displayed in the thumbnail format.
  • Content Name Search content files with keyword(s). Click icon to search content files for different criteria, such as last modified date.
